The International Nautical Show of Paris belongs to the Federation of Nautical Industries (FIN), which aims to defend, represent and promote the French nautical sector, in France and abroad. It has about 600 members, representing more than 80% of the turnover of the profession. It has a role of informing the general public and the media, in particular as regards the evolution of market trends. At the international level, the Federation is actively involved in the development of the nautical sector.

Vicsail is preparing for its 24th year exhibiting at the Sydney Boat Show

We have interviewed Brendan Hunt, CEO of Vicsail, to know more about his view of the Sydney Boat Show and the expectations he has for the business with the upcoming event. Q: What the Sydney Boat Show represents for the industry? BH: This is the biggest show in Australasia. It is the primary show for anywhere between Singapore and Chile. It draws a lot of people from New Zealand, all over Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and New Caledonia. Q: What does this show represent for Vicsail? Brendan Talks Cannes Highlights

"It’s good to be back and over the inevitable jet lag. Such an exciting trip with some really good action in the European market. 

A few highlights: 

Sunreef 60 Loft. This was surely the boat of the show. It takes a luxury cruising cat to a level we all wish to aspire to. A full custom feel with a full dining setting, a generous al fresco area aft, all protected from the sun. It really takes indoor /outdoor living on boats to a new level. And finally a 60 footer which happily takes jet skis and all the water toys you desire. 

The upper helm is situated forward and makes for great visibility and sailing access. A Carbon Fibre mast means less sail area needed, [...]
