Brendan, who is in France for the handover of a CNB 52 lagoon to Peter and Alyssa Rawson commented:
“We had a lovely trip from La Rochelle to Les Sables d’Olonne, and now Site Office is moored at the famous Vendee Globe dock, and here she will receive her final touches including lithium batteries, solar panels and Sat coms. The Rawson family have been really impressive in adapting to this major new adventure. Experienced power boaters, they handle the boat both under sail and power with really good understanding and ability. The boat is now truly a home with four on board with arrival of Jakes tutor, Harriet.
As usual we truly appreciate the attention of the teams at LJB and now at Robin Marine, in adding those touches to complete a truly ocean capable yacht.
The added bonus is the weather is getting warmer….slightly!”
